die caSTING / GRAVITY CASTING
In aluminum alloy casting, we offer not only die casting but also gravity casting. We have a range of machines in different sizes, allowing us to accommodate various product dimensions, from as small as 125T to as large as 800T. We also hold pre-production meetings with our mold making partners to discuss protential challenges during the casting process and to address specific product characteristics that need spcial attention.
cnc MACHINING
We have advanced hardware and software development, with a wide selection of CNC lathes amd milling machines, including vertical, horizontal, and 3-axis to 5-axis configurations. In addition to machining aluminum alloy castings, we also have the capability to machine cast iron.
